Four things could have happened:
1. If you purchased the All-Access Pass you will NOT receive the daily session reminders via email. Since you have instant access to ALL the sessions the moment you purchase the pass, there’s no need for you to wait for the summit to start or have the 48-hour limit to watch. 2. If you signed up with your personal email for the free ticket, the emails may be filtered in your spam, promotions or junk folders.
3. If you used your school email to sign up for the free ticket, your school network may be blocking our messages. Send a message to your IT department and ask them to white list www.speakinglatino.com.
4. Your email has a typo. Yep! That happens a lot. But don’t worry, send me a message with your full name and the correct email address and I will locate your record and fix it.
